Prof 12 paypal option not receiving orders

Hello,
I have profesional 12 and since yesterday I am not receiving orders on my email if customer choice paypal. Niether do the customer recevie an order confirmation if choice paypal payment.
What can I do?

For what it's worth, I took the course of least resistance and upgraded my problem sites to V14
