Hi I am trying to use a 1 page website with an anchor for the menu items. I can get the anchor to work ok but I find it is not stopping at the place I need it to. It either stops too high or too low. How can I fine tune the anchor location so that when I click on the menu button it stops where I intend it to stop.

cheers

It always stops at the top of the object, you can't set it on a part of the object.

So you need to think good about the objects use and content. (some like text can be split up setting an anchor in another part. but behavior will always be top of object.

If not please show URL so we can check.

Thanks!

Cheers Andre, I will have to remember that. The last program I used I was able to fine tune the position that the page stopped.

Yes, That's also sometimes possible, x5 have set t he anchor on the object. And there is something to say about that as well. Anyway if you take that in mind you should be able to produce a good 1 page site.

Best regards,

Cheers Andre, KolAsim makes a good point. That would be along the lines that I have used in the past. I also forgot about the "always visible menu bar" I think I might be able to make it work the way I need it will just take a bit of trial and error on my part.

cheers
