RSS Feed Not Working  en

Hi,

I have 2 websites (made with V14) with the same hosting company (1) www.2becomeawriter.com and (2) www.hire-a-private-investigator.com

The RSS Feed works with website (1) but not website (2).  The browser says "Feed code error" when clicking to see the RSS feed for website (2).

I have checked the RSS Feed settings in WebsiteX5 for both websites and they have exactly the same settings.  I have checked the permissions settings on my hosting for both websites and they have the same permissions.

Does anyone know how I can get the RSS Feed to work on website (2)?

Hi Elisa,

I'm not sure I understand what I'm supposed to do?  I don't use the Feed Ready App just the Blog and I tick the box that says "Create RSS feed including the blog contents".  That's all I do.  

I deleted any RSS files on my server that I could find and reuploaded my website but still the same problem: http://www.hire-a-private-investigator.com/blog/x5feed.php

Any help would be appreciated :)

Hi Nigel, 

I have checked and you have inserted a comma for the Blog category, so that you have now diplayed  PI Gear, Tools & quipment

Please do not use commas to add more than one category and export the whole site again.

Thanks so much it's working now. I deleted the commas and also replaced the "&" with "and".
