Download Button with the counter does not work in Chrome and Opera Browsers

I instaled the object (download button with the counter) on the site.
When I use Firefox or Edge, everything works. The file can be downloaded and the counter shows the amount of downloading the file.
However, the error pops up in Chrome and Oprera:
ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION
Please Help me.

hi Robert, I downloaded your file with chrome of my smartphone. I have not encountered any problems
i fon't have opera
ops and as you say, I confirm ... the download number does not change. it always remains 2, yet I tried to download 3 times

I have teh answer.
I my case, problem is in the HTML tag of main page. ( I have two system to create web site).
The bottom work OK in Chorme and Opera.
