I've recently completed my website and I am having difficulty with how the site is displaying.
When I go to holycrossburlington.ca there is no background image and the text blocks are not the way I put them in the design.
Yet when I go to another page and come back to holycrossburlington.ca/home.htm the page loads correctly (including the advertising message).
I don't understand what's going on.

Is there any chance you renamed the home page?
(your site has an index.html, index.php and home.html)
Step 3 Map, highlight home page, click properties (bottom right)

No, I haven't changed the page name.
I do have file access to the server where the site is hosted, and could delete the other two files, but I'm not sure where the files are stored in the directory structure (my computer science degree is 25+ years old, and I've been out of the industry for almost 20, so while I still have some skills, I just don't have enough current knowledge at times.)
Colin, try change the name from home to index.

Thank you! That worked well. I had put in an Entry Page and that had taken over the index page name, and renamed the other page to home. The Entry Page wouldn't display properly, and that was what was causing the problems. All is now fixed. Thanks again.
