Update complete, x5 Evolution 13 crashed

Hello
After updating my x5 evolution 13 I am no longer able to use the program. I can start it but, while loading the program it crashes and I get a hint that there would be a generic error and I would have to reinstall my x5 evolution 13. What makes it complicated is that after several movings from one desktop to another one the exe-file is lost. Is there a chance to either get a download for that program or to undo that update as it seems to be the reason for the crash?

Click on the green icon with your name at the top of this screen.
In the Download section of this helpcenter you can download the latest exe-files. Under My Licences you can find your key.

Hello Erika,
Please uninstall the program by follwing these steps:
- Go to the Windows Control Panel and start the automatic procedure to delete the program
- Delete the folders which may still be on the software installation path.
- Delete the folder WebSite X5 v13- Evolution in C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\
- If you have more than one user on the PC you need to repeat this for each user.
Then download the program from the "My Downloads" section of your program and install it again. If you still have problems do this again by stating the program as administrator.
