I installed original version or 13 a year back, now my OS needs to be formatted, do i need to buy license again?

I bought Professional 13 version and was worked well, unexpectedly, my hardisk got crashed and need to be formated my os and install all the applications, Do i need to buy the license again to install the software in same pc?
