how can I integrate the cookie banner on my website (when the page opens to show this banner where the visitor can accept or decline).

I have Evolution 11, where can I find the section you mentioned?
Not available in v11. You have to either upgrade or make some code yourself.

in last version of evolution can i find this option without make code myself?

.... I refer to the fact that I need the evolution or professional version, so I can do this without code myself?
This option is in v15 in both the evolution and the PRO.
It is just to fill the checkbox and maybe change the text to show - if you upgrade there is no special coding neccessary.
Look in your account if there is a special offer for you, by upgrade.
