Hi, if I can illustrate my problem - here is my website:

Mouseover or even clicking on tabs 3 to 8 on the main menu does not produce the drop down menu.

however strangely, if you click on the last 2 tabs of the menu and then do the mouseover on tabs 3 to 8, the sub menu drops down.

Thanks Manoj for posting the website, he has also a same issue i have checked his website level menu is also not working.

I am posting a screen shot in which I mentioned that, no drop down menu/level menu will appear when I move mouse over it.

TWISTER, if you highlight Special Offers (as in your screen shot), the click on properties, is there any chance there is a tick in the hide drop down menu box?

Manoj, I went to your website, and whilst initially there were no drop down menus, when I returned a few minutes later they all worked (although odly positioned). It could be there are just a lot of menu items in each drop down, or perhaps you solved the problem recently?? Are there graphics in each drop down menu item (which would be likely if the original site came from 13 or earlier)? If so these graphics may be weighing down performance.

Hello Esahc, thanks for your reply, I have checked that there is no "tick" or check inside the square/radio button

I just receive a "menu update" from Website x5 site which I updated but after a new start nothing happend same result is showing again.
