You need to create a database with your host, the websiteprovider, from them you will get information like database adress, password name and so on (use there faq if you have trouble creating a database at your hosting company) then use this info in x5 is tep1 advanced -> databses
How to create a registered user?
In short, lock the page, add users to step1 advanced tab, acces management.
press lock page again and select user that has acces.
