i find it very frustrating everytime i have an issue using your software. i think that this will undoubtly change my future intention to continue using this software. very disappointed that you dont have a technical support telephone number. waiting 2 days to get an answare to my question is not acceptable for someone who need to get the job done.

If it was not that they call one of their variants a PRO-version, and if it was not because we pay for the software, then the support is quite good.
The support is nearly as good as the support for most good and free open-source software, and the help from other users is really good, and rather quick.
