Hello,
when I manage to create a .csv file and want to upload it to the shopping cart, I see plenty of illegible fonts instead of letters with diacritics. I use czech, slovak and hungarian languages. :-l

Hello, Riccardo,
I tried to make so in Excel 2010 and LibreOffice 6.0 too. I managed to create a .csv file (attached) in MS Excel, everything seems O.K., but after uploading it to WebSite X5 13 Pro, the text changes. :-(
Hello Gabriel
Try this - it is converted to UTF 8.
But some of the characters seemed to be a bit funny - so maybe it was wrong already in the file.
BUT - try this and please tell if it is OK.
Then I tell what to do.
If it is not OK then we must try something else.
Hello again Gabriel
Look here : https://support.assetbank.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/115005205928-How-to-save-a-tab-delimited-UTF-8-encoded-file-in-Excel
If you have a file that is a csv-file but is in the Unicode and not the Unicode(UTF-8), then you could use
Notepad++ to convert from Ansi to Unicode(UTF-8)
In excel it looks like this when using save as in 2010 :
Please tell us the outcome.

Hello, John, KolAsim and Riccardo.
I followed all your advices step by step, tried all methods, but it's even worse. :-| Maybe, I'll have to write it again...
Hello, your file NEW.CSV ... seems to me regular ...Waiting for the STAFF and other experts, I can not try in the program, which I do not have, but you try to import this same CSV, lightened, reduced to 11 lines, attached here ...
... when you import the CSV into the Calculation Sheet (I use OO.o.Calc), you must use only the (;) as the only seed separator field, and you should delete the first column "ID", because it is WebSiteX5 that assigns the various IDs ...
... when you save the CSV file, (before importing it), you must always select the (;) to separate the fields, and select the UTF-8 character encoding ...
.
Hello
.
(IT) - Ciao, il tuo file NEW.CSV ... a me sembra regolare...
.
ciao

Hello, KolAsim,
your file is PERFECT! It was loaded correctly.
It seems to me that this weekend I will have no time to "play" with the original file, maybe next week.
But MANY THANKS to you, and wish you a nice weekend.
Gabriel.
... OK ... ... gute Arbeit ...
