I used many of them I had same ytouble with all . If I do a template by using blank it doesn't happen

1-you can not set up online contact form even add a new page - yes you can

2- they have locked section under name of Special pages who the contents are hidden. - you do not need to directly access these

3-it doesn't load as welland send you to incomedia - I do not understand this statement. I find v16 as fast, more reliable, and easier to use than earlier versions.

Open any page (eg contact test)

Drag the contact form object to any cell.

Add the fields you require

Then click the send tab & fill in the blanks as required

If the email does not work, go to step 1 settings, advanced, data management and choose a different method of sending email (for me, standard script works).

Remember, no matter what you are doing, if you click on the help icon, the help file will open in the relevent section

hello thank you for advies lease note every thing I did i got same notice : website not working ! but if i do my proper work template it work perfect ! It may some  security attending from my host server .

This error is most probably indicating some kind of misconfiguration of the hosting that won't allow the generated website to work properly.

The best way to understand what this problem is, is to contact your hosting's support and ask them directly.

They should be able to either fix, or at least notify you about what the issue is. After they did so, come back here and report it to us so that we might look into it once again

I have to admit  i don't know the evolution program I use the professional.. However any contact form will need to process the information and send via email or send to database. Either way assuming the programs are similar you will need to send the emails through one of a few means, scripting, smtp or php handler for instance. for myself php works best, but to get  it to work you will need server access, create a folder for php access, change the permissins of that folder for public read/write permissions and set that folder in the programs configuration as the php write folder. Assuming your server handls php this should work... you will need to tell the form whether to send to databse or by email etc, and what to use to send the data - database, email where you will need to speciffy how emails are sent, php or a file which I think is written in the php write folder anyway...... when using databse you need to put the database name, IP and password details in the program and select it. either way it is likely a configuration issue an dyou likely need to specify what to use and ensure the server is set to enable it to function... I can't remember if php emailing works without the folder, but just create on in the root directory anyway and yu can't go wrong... 

As said I'm not familiar with the evolution as I use the professional, but i would assume the issue is a settings one in how you have set up the configuration in the program and what is enable on the server...
