However when i go on my iphone i get this error mesage: the requested URL www.discostorecorby.co.uk/smartphone was not found on the server.
The website address is www.discostorecorby.co.uk and is live.
Have i put the sub folders inthe right place please see the picture
Thank you for any help received

Sorry, what manual was that where you need subfolders?
You only need to adjust he smartphone template.
goto step2 and select on the left the black smartpohne template (480px)
check out the sizes that you have used they are probably too big for this viewport, just make them smaller.
You don't need to create folders on your server.
check the analytixs in step5 see that the footer and header have no error like:
The object exceeds its working area
If you have these goto the footer or header (the analysis tells you) in the position you see what object (like text object or search field) and also what viewport like desktop 1 or 2 or smartphone) these names are found in step2 template -> resolutions
Correct these and see that they fall within the grey / white blocked area in the template (step2 template -> template content, then select correct viewport (colours on the left), select header or footer and correct.
run analysis again (press green right arrow)

Hi Andre ive done all of the above and its still not working the manual i followed was from the help link on the programme its self the site is working in desktop view but still cant be found on a iphone etc i have also deleted the folders from the sever for smartphone tablet etc
Not only your smartphne, but also on a desktop I can't find your site. (http://discostorecorby.co.uk)
But I can find it on: http://discostorecorby.co.uk/home.html
It looks like the index file is not there. although I see it in your picture.
Did you rename your home page in step3?
please check: goto step 3 (map) select home page, then use properties button, see that below the filename is NOT marked and name is index
After that (also if name is correct) do a FULL upload.
then check again if website is visible with this adres : http://discostorecorby.co.uk
