Error while loading project

I have just installed Website Proffesional 16 and this message appears - Error while Project Loading. I can not change or delete any folders because no folders and no Project yet. I do not know why.

Sylwester, are you importing an old project from an iwzip (correct way), attempting to directly open an old project perhaps from it's original location or after copying to to the new websitex5 location (incorrect), or is this error coming up when you attempt to create a new project?

This problem is for both- for completly new Project and also for old from an iwzip.
Sylwester, if you run WX5 as administrator (right click, run as), does the project open?
If not, is it possible to (temporarily) remove or disable any firewall, malware or anti-virus sorftware?
If still no luck, do you have one drive or similar running and syncing data?
Great news, but I am intrigued to know what was the issue :-)
