Problem With Registering V9 (old E-mail Address No Longer Valid)

I have just paid for upgrade from v8 to v9. However, when prompted to register v9 it asks me for my original e-mail address. This e-mail address is no longer valid (I have change broadband provider) and because I cannot remember the password I cannot ask for it to be resent/reset because it will send it to the old e-mail address which is no longer valid and to which I have no access to? How can I get my original V8 e-mail and password registration details to complete registration of v9. I can provide order number and product code to prove I am entitled to upgrade etc. Please help me!

. . . make a new post and set it to *private* - so only Inco can read.
Attach your billing-info and (old - and new mail [if changed]) which you used for registration.
Within a short time you will get the info from Inco . . .
Normally v9 *registrates* automatically with your provided email and then the code will be shown in your profile on right side -> My Licences . . .
