I bought 25 Cr for approx. 1 year ago and now I have to use them.
I have apparently lost the mail that contains the code to activate my credit pack.
How do I get a new activation code for my credit pack?

If you have credits you can find them in your portal here in x5.
Click top right next to your name the pulldown and select credits.
The credits expire after one year. This is mentioned in the page where you can buy them here: https://market.websitex5.com/en/credits
If you have bought them and not activated and you can't see them in your portal, then let me know, then I will set this post for Incomedia to read and check.

I can see you have 25 active credits on this account, which you registered on the 31st October 2017. Having already activated them, you only need to have a look on our Marketplace and find an Optional Object or Template you like, so you can use them before they expire: https://market.websitex5.com

If enabled, why can`t I buy the template I need? It costs 16 CR and I have 25 Cr

It is made for the PRO version, you have EVO so it won't work.
