Too many unlock code request?  en

Moving Website x5 v.16.3.1 to a new computer. Have taken it off of one of the old computers but get the following message.

Activation Error: 314

ATTENTION: There have been too many Unlock Code request from your account lately. Please contact our Support Center to verify you account status.

So I am contacting support as there is not any way I can find on the support center to verify a new computer or remove a computer that is no longer being used.

How many PCs is the software currently installed on? According to our records, the program has already been activated on 4 different PCs, could you please provide me with more information about this?

I currently have it installed on two. The second one is replacing a previous one it was on but never used. It has been removed from all computers except the two I am using. But the second one would not let me activate so I sent in question. Just tried again an it activated on the second machine.

Looks like it has been resoulved.
