Cannot Export Website!

Please Help me, I cannot export my website, When I am entering my FTP adress and everything is ready to be uploaded, a window pops up after I click on the next button, saying "Cannot contact server because there is a problem with internet provider" But I have internet and I contacted my internet provider, there is no problem. I checked my antivirus program and cleread out everything in my antivirus program that blocks the program. I also turned off my firewall. I made you program trusted. I also checked my ftp adress, everything is correct. I cannot export my website. I hope that this time you will read my question. Alexandra

Hello Alexandra, I've sent your question directly to Incomedia's support staff. I hope they answer you as soons as possible.
Are you able to export to your server outside of WX5, if you use Filezilla or a similar FTP client software ?

Hello BmT 3000 thank you very much for sending my question to Incomedia support staff. I haven't tried using filezilla or similar FTP client software. Maybe if you could suggest any other FTP client software so I could try to export, I would be very gratefull. Thank you very much.

Hello Alexandra.
The only FTP client software I use is Filezilla and it works fine for me. It's a free software, that you can find by following this link:
http://filezilla-project.org/
Try connecting to your server using it. Your provider should have given you all the required info regarding the FTP Host name, destination folder, port (if required), username and password.
Please give us a feedback about it.

PS: I also am a moderator, here, trying to help benevolently, like others, for the benefit of the WX5 community. I've seen your other post. It may take some time for Incomedia staff to analyze and answers all the request they receive, so, in the meanwhile, we, the moderators, are doing our best to help. By the way, the term "moderator" come from Incomedia's previous support forum, which have been replaced by the present knowledge center.
