It is the way the file has been compressed..... It's probably corrupt. You can get this error through mail items as when sent they are not rendered properly to the user at the recieving end!!
You can see results of this on uploading to servers where only half an image shows!!

I bet you've seen this too Sam.... They're running 8.0.11 needs update to 8.0.16!!
