Upgrade ok. Images lost

Upgraded form v13 to V17. Upgrade went fine, but I've lost ALL incrusted pictures not showing.
All pictures showing as [image:1], [image: 2] etc
Any suggestions??

Can it be that the pictures used in v13 have been relocated on your drive?
check with right mouse button on empty picture and try to find out where on your drive it should be. Then restore the pictures to that place.
Hopefully it works after that directly else you need to do the upgrade again.
