We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again
Autor: Robert H.I am unable to access technical support. I purchased WebSite X5 6 weeks ago directly from the Summitsoft website. It is only installed on one computer. When I try to log on to Technical Support from the X5 opening page, I supply my email and password and get the following message: "We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again." Thus far community support has been able to answer my questions but if something comes up I would like to go directly to Technical Support.
Also, last night I purchased WebAnimator 2.3.6, again from the Summitsoft website. I received my license code immediately by email but when I entered it into Activation window along with my name and email it responds with: "Error: wrong email address. This license has already been assigned to a diffferent email address". I only have the one email address.
It almost sounds like I am purchasing pirated copies from Summitsoft.
How can this be corrected?

I have marked this post for incomedia's attention. Should you ever need to communcate and quote private details, activation keys etc, click the gear in your first post and select hidden (red eye), then only Incomedia can see it.
