Problem with embedded PDF

When I click on a page on my website which has an embedded PDF file, it does not show up. If I refresh the page, the PDF shows up fine. For example http://theglobalapproach.co.uk/summary-of-teaching-implications-.html
Grateful for advice.

... OK, the PDF file works regularly, even on the mobile...

Following this external link :
Using Chrome it takes a refresh before the PDF is shown.
Using Firefox the PDF is shown immediately.
I think that if you had a link somewhere on your site ( in the menu ) that leads to the page, then I think it ( the PDF) will be shown at once - also in Chrome.
