cannot see my website; I have uploaded the files using the export wizard in Evolution5 but my site shows an old homepage developed elsewhere and on my wife's PC it says she has no permissions to see the website

Here is the error message; I also get it now as well as on my wife's PC.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
the site is www.fictionol.com and the permission on the public html is set at 755 whatever that means
Your website is working fine just wants updating to the latest V9 version......
Try turning off your security on the computer to view it??
