Hello,

I have added Google webfont "Monserrat", and it works fine.

However, i want to use "Monserratt Light", i can't seem to add it through the Add in Google Font section. It show "Monserrat" greyed out (i assume becuase i have already used it).

I tried downloading the font folder to my desktop, then adding the "Monerrat Light" using Web Font / Online Web Font - i added the TTF file, and the @Import code, supplied by Google.

When i view the page on my phone the font has been substituted.

How do i use the various styles of a Google Font?

Thanks

Hi P. S

I believe that the way you inserted the light version of the font is correct in this case.

Unfortunately, the Google Fonts system will not automatically add all of the version of a font, but only the standard one.

Should the version you require not be provided in a standalone format (for example Montserrat Light), you will have to manually install it like you did

There is currently no other way to achieve this.

You were able to get it to work now correct? Or did I misunderstand that?

Thank you

Stefano

Hello Stefano,

I have now got it to work using the "Add Webfont" option, i had to get the font from another source, to get all the files. I could not get the SVG file - but this does not appear to be a problem. The font is displayed correctly on all devices i tested.

Regards
