If you are already a licensed user, click on your profile (top right this screen), here you can download the software and retrieve you license key/s.

thank you for your message.
If you mean the licence key, please find them in the "My licences" section of your account. As suggested by Esahc, you can download the program again from the "Download" section.
If you refer to the password, as you mentioned it in the title, you can reset it when logging in, by selecting the option Lost your password?
