Problem in purchase shopping cart without customer registration

Hello,
I created pages in your program and I have a problem. When I choose to buy a product with a registration and without registration, so when choosing to buy the goods without registration, it will not let go and returns back to the cage and the goods can not be ordered without the customer's order. The program setting is that the customer can choose, whether the purchase will take place with or without registration. This happens only in IE version 11 in windows 7 and 8. In google chrome and firefox everything works well. Please advise me where I'm making a mistake or if your program does not support it.
