URGENT ANSWER NEEDED PLEASE
WHAT TO DO? I CAN NOT UPLOAD THE WEB PAGE.
I bought fresh update protection.
- activated and disabled the FTP Passive mode
- disabled protection and antivirus
- remote disk is far from beeing full
- login and password are correct
- reduced the amount of connections
- Hosting server is OK
- It is not possible to upload two web pages with different hosting provider

Ljiljana, there are no known issues with FTP inside WX5 so something is incorrect. Please see the post below which addresses the same issue (please post a screenshot here of your FTP settings in WX5 if you cannot resolve the issue). You may wish to try connecting to your host/s with filezilla (free) or similar, if you can make a connection then the same settings will work in WX5

Thanks for asap answer. I have resoled the problem. My Hostings are not supporting ftp upload direct from website creators anymore (for security issues) from this January on, and website has to be uploaded through Cpanel. Now I am searching how to do Cpanel upload for my website. Can you suggest something? Thank you.

Ljiljana, I use a number of hosts. All support website upload via cpanel, but if ever this becomes the only way to upload my sites I will simply change hosts.
