After inserting a video, the video will not play in either the preview or the web. How do I convert it to work?

... post the LINK of the page with the video, so that we can check ...
... consider that the autoplay is inhibited in the Chrome.66 + browser, and also in the "mobile" devices ...
... it would still be better to use YT videos ...
