Shopland template - is documentation available?

I purchased the shopland template and I do not see any documentation available for this template.
Although there is a Website x5 Pro manual available, but there are specifics, which I cannot find.
For example:
The website includes some paid modules. If I buy a module then I will be able to edit the contenet. I understand this part.
But If I do not want to buy a specific module. How do I go about the editing. For example, I do not need the animated image module. If I do not buy it, how do I edit the section of the page. I stil would like to use the part of the template (with images) but without animation. Can you explain please?

You just have to delete this object.

In this case, as Andrzej suggested, you simply need to delete this object.
