Error when uploading with FTP

Hi,
We've recently changed from provider. Since then uploading to FTP is not working. Receiving error: Temp Error. Try again later.
When using the FTP-settings in i.e. FileZilla I can make connection. Also from another PC with Website X5 it is not working. I looks like a problem with the software.

Joost, can you provide a screen shot of the login details for both Filezilla and WX5?
(obliterate any identical information in both that you do not wish made public), you may also wish to provide details of your new provider in case others are aware of specific requirements.
It could possibly be that your new host uses techniques not available in the older WX5 v14
Hello.
1) Recheck connection data.
2) Try to disable antivirus and firewall.
3) Try to delete the value of the destination folder field.
4) Try to reduce the number of connections.
