Updated to version 2019.1. All looks okay until someone fills in a form and clicks submit. Just a blank page and the email not sent.

It says to install Javascript. Where?
Brian. what give you the install javascript message? Your phone, a tablet, your PC??
If you updated the website and did a new and updated upload, please do a FULL UPLOAD to the internet.

On a 64-bit PC. When the form is completed, click 'Submit' and you get a blank page. This has been working fine up to now.
I can't re-create it as I've had to go back to Version 15 and spend a couple of hours re-updating the site. This version is now online.
Brian, was it previously in v17 or did you jump from v15 directly to v2019.
If it was in v17 (or v16) you can now go to your profile, download and install and you can have both versions running.
If you open the working site in v2019 it will offer to create a copy (although I prefer to create an iwzip through step 5 export, export project before upgrading). This would let you quickly test if a problem has been introduced in v2019
How do you run them side by side. My WebsiteX5 v17 program folder is called WebSite X5 V17 - Professional.
Running v2019 installer automatically overwrites WebSite X5 V17 - Professional. It does not create a new folder Websitex5.
Figured it out, made a copy of installation folder and renamed to V19 and amended shortcuts.
Mark, you need to install v2019 and then go to your profile (top right this page), select download and select v17 and install.
NB this file is the identical size & version number to a v17 installable you may have previously downloaded, but Incomedia changed it yesterday after the release of v2019 so that both versions can co-reside. Both versions can run out of the same folder or you can do as I do and change the default folder in preferences on WX5 startup.
As for your fix, this it what I did when v16 became v17 last year. For me it ended in tears. Good luck!!
I did that again this morning, same thing happened. But solved now anyway.
Would be better to allow choice of installation folder.
Would be better if installing the new version did not obliterate the old version and then force us to download a modified installer to put the old version back :-(
Brian, please see the last entry of this post in case it helps.

Good day to everyone
I would like to inform you that the issue has been addressed in the latest 2019.1.6
It seems to have been generated by a faulty installer prior to the 2019.1 release that didn't correctly overwrite older files.
Please update your software and try this again. Give me a feedback here if possible
Thank you
