Title And Description for the blog

I'm using Version 9. Is there any way to get the blog "Title" and "description" to actually appear on the blog like previous versions of website x5? e.g.http://boholans.com/blog/index.php
I have no headding or title on my blog, it just starts with the most recent post. I think the blog needs a title!

The blog title is, now, used only for SEO and in the <title> tag of the page.
I'll mark this as idea, as this discussion can be used to track your suggestion to provide a title to the blog.

Okay, thanks, that's fine.
Is there any possibility of being able to see the title as an option? Some may prefer not to see it, but I'd like to see it! like in previous version.
I'll discuss this with my collegues to include that option in a future update. If it will be added to the software, you'll see the change reported in the changelog of a future version.
