I would like to inform you that the issue has been addressed in the latest 2019.1.6
It seems to have been generated by a faulty installer prior to the 2019.1 release that didn't correctly overwrite older files.
Please update your software and try this again. Give me a feedback here if possible

Vielen Dank für die rasche Antwort - doch heute kam ein neues Update und nun funktioniert wieder alles.
