Hello.Try different mail sending scripts.
The send mail script has been updated in WebSite X5 2019.1

Two days ago I didn't have this problem. I have this the problem just for one of a lot of other sites. But just this website was updated.

Plus, on the phone mobile, I have " 500 internal server error" for all my websites. Можете отвечать на русском.

But just this website was updated." - скрипт отправки почты в WebSite X5 2019.1был обновлён как раз по тому, что на хостингах стали обновлять программное обеспечение связанное с отправкой почты. На сколько я понял.

Попробуйте удалить все файлы сайта и выгрузить его повторно (полностью). Очистите кэш браузера и сервера (если есть серверное кэширование).
"How can I try different mail sending scripts?" - в админке сайта есть раздел с тестированием. Меняйте их, пробуйте. Когда найдёте подходящий - измените в настройках программы.
