Hello.
Please give me a link to the site.
Hello Per,
Does this happen only when you are working in Preview mode within WebSite X5, or online, or both?
Can you explain further what you mean by the 'payment button'?
"But if I select next and then continue shopping and return to the shop and press tye payment button"
Does the WebSite Address (URL) which you have entered in Step 1 Settings > General match the address of your website?
Can you please check and confirm that you have JavaScript enabled in your browser, and that no plugins or extensions are interfering with script functionality?
Kind regards,
Paul

Hi
I am running PHP7.1 and it is the same with Chorme Version 74.0.3729.131 or Microsoft EdgeHTML 17.17134 and I have flushed the cache.
The payment button on the webstore is where you go to payment (Step 1- Product shipping and payment choice page)
The website adress is the same but it is a sub page to the primare web site.
About the enablet Java script it is the same on 3 different computers and both on Chrom and Edge
Kind regards

Thank you, Per.
At checkout the address in your browser bar should be in the following format:
://yourdomainname/cart/index.html
With reference to what you said above about a sub page can you confirm that what you see in your browser address bar matches this pattern, when you first arrive at the checkout page?
Or is there a sub-folder/sub-directory included in the URL that you see at checkout? Like either of the following:
://subfolder/yourdomainname/cart/index.html
://yourdomainname/subfolder/cart/index.html
If so, then you will need to edit your WebSite Address (URL) in Step 1 to suit. This is because WebSite X5 uses this information to set up the root/base directory for your project. It then locates certain files on the server relative to this directory. This extract from the help file explains:
WebSite Address (URL): enter the URL address (for example http//www.mysite.com) where the website will be located when it is published on the Internet. This information is essential for RSS feeds, the e-commerce shopping cart and the SiteMap to work correctly (this latter is created automatically by the Program and linked to the various website pages).
