I have an older version of WebSite X5 Evolution 10. I try to update and immediately get an error. Can I download the new version somewhere else?

You should be able to download the most current version 10 here:
Version 10 download
If for any reason you are unable to, then check that you are logged into the WebSite X5 Help Center using the same email address as that which you used to activate WebSite X5 Evolution 10 when you purchased it.
