Hello Bill,

There shouldn't be any need to access line 3947 within the software itself.

Your error message indicates a problem on the server.

Version 2019.1 of WebSite X5 requires a minimum of PHP 5.6 to operate correctly.  Check with your webhost as to what version of PHP is currently installed on your server, and ask them to upgrade if required.

In many cases you can effect this change yourself, using the options available in cPanel when running on Apache, for example:

https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/cpanel/cpanel-software/changing-php-versions-and-settings-in-cpanel

Kind regards,

Paul
