Can't Import an older project?

I have a X5 project built with version 10.1.12.57 and I need to import it in to version 2019.1.7 but I am getting an error message when I try to do so. SO... how do I get it into v 2019.1.7? See attached image.

Hello.Unfortunately, importing a project from 10 into the 2019 version will fail.First you need to import it into version 13, and then in 2019.
Create a private request and attach a project file.The staff of Incomedia will help you.
I am afraid guys from incomedia don't help in such situation... But there are a few users they help you. For sure they let you know what to do.
Other question is about the result of conversion. There were so many changes between v10 and v2019.1 that sometimes copy/paste content and pictures is the faster way to have project in v2019.1. And websites from 2012 (v10) and 2019 (v2019.1) are completly different.
James, according to your profile you own and use v16
v16 will open an iwzip created in v10
BUT you must open the project in v10 and export project (step 5) to create the iwzip.
After importing the v10 iwzip into v16 I would again export the project as a v16 iwzip (again step 5) and then I would import to v2019 for the most stable project.
