Hello.I just checked the operation of this object in X5 Pro 2019.2.5. It works fine.I see data from the database.

PHP 7.1.30

Check for updates of this object, check for errors in the server logs or in the browser console.It is possible that the hosting has a firewall that blocks requests to the database.

I'm working with the same version and the current object 'Database Viewer'.I have no problems.The data is displayed. Problem seems not to be the 'Databas Viewer' object.

Thank you Alexsej and Klaus, I don't know where is the problem all my sites using Database Viewer after X5 2019.2.5 upgrade are not showing their data even I am able to record new entries. Using web phpMyAdmin I can see all data. My web Hosting support team tell me everything are OK. I will request for support again.

Robert, did you delete an existing Object of Database Viewer and include a new one in your WebSite ?

Yes, I did destroy object of Database Viewer and recreate it. I also create a new DEV site and test with new objects and same result. I can write to DB but unable to view te data.

My web hosting support did check and here is the support response : «We do not block access to the database from our webservers.  I am not showing  any errors specifically logged on the webserver.
