Can not receive order emails

Dear Technical Support,
I can not receive the emails of customers orders from my website, after test a number of different settings and addresses in the "Sending order" -> "E-mail Address for receiving Orders". Please see attached image for details about my settings. One strange thing is that the customers can receive the order email but I can not receive the order email.
I also tried not to use a gmail account but an email acount of same domain as my website, but still failed to receive the order information email. My website service provider is Godaddy.

Hello James,
Try temporarily removing the attachment (Attach Order Data in CSV format) - sometimes the attachment can cause issues. If the email then comes through then we will look at the steps you need to take to resolve this.
Can you also confirm that you have checked junk and spam filters/folders both in your email client and on your server? The mail may have ended up there.
Finally, if possible, check the 'Track Delivery' email log on the server (if using Apache/cPanel)... this will give you an insight as to why message delivery has failed.

Hello. Maybe some of this will help you:
1) Go to the administrative part of your site and try different sending scripts. After checking, configure the program.
2) Write to the technical support of your hosting provider and ask if they are blocking the sending of letters from the site. Also ask them how you can configure DKIM, DMARC and SPF records, as well as which method of sending letters is more preferable.
3) Create a form; check the sending of letters.
4) Check the spam folder.
5) Try different addresses as the recipient address.

I found all the order emails as junk emails in my gmail acount including the csv data. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue. You have great software products and great techinical support!
