Captcha Doesn't Work Propperly

I put in the contact form the "Captcha" option on. I tried to fill in a contactform and typeted in the 4 letters of the Captcha. It alway's say's that i typeted a wrong text. I don't know what's wrong.

my host is one.com. just hosted the domain.
Normally it can't be the problem.
Can you tell us what is the URL of the site, so we can take a look at it ?

Hey Guys, it works...
it seems that Captcha doesn't work in the preview, but it works well in a real browser. Thx for the support.
Captcha wont work in preview, since it needs php support to work, and that feature is not available in preview mode. Same thing for every other features that use php (access management and reserved area, email form, etc...).
