V2019.2.7 no longer possible to upload specific files via built in FTP

Please correct me if I am wrong, but it appears that it is no longer possible to upload individual files via the built in FTP.
In previous versions
In v2019.2.7 the above screen is jumped and selecting either upload all or new and changed does not offer this option, instead it immediately begins upload.
Is this by design, by mistake or have I once again overlooked the bleeding obvious??
(I use this feature occasionally for a number of reasons, but mostly to upload the iwzip of the entire project for use in case of catastrophe, I can obviously use filezilla or similar, but I would rather not have to)

To access the directory explorer screen on the server it is now necessary to click on the button highlighted in the screenshot below:
Once that is done everything is as it was before, including the option to upload single files only.
