Page name is appearing below the logo

Hi
Can anyone help, what is coursing the web page name to appearing in the header just below the logo (see image below), it’s the first time I have seen this, does anyone know how I can disable it.

Hello Peter,
Check that you haven't inadvertently activated the 'Page Path' setting in Step 2 Template Settings > Text, Field and Button Style > Text Style > Page Item > Page Path as shown in the screenshot below:
If there is a tick in the 'Visible' box as shown, then remove it and reupload your site to the server. Clear your browser cache and test. Hopefully the issue should then be resolved.

It is probably the page name - page path will show breadcrumb.

Peter, please refer to the same instructions as before, but select Page Title from the Page Item menu, as opposed to Page Path.
