Automatic registration error

Hello Everyone,
On my website I used to let people join by automatic registration and then give them userrights manually. So everyone can use their own password and the club doesn't get unwanted registrations.
The last registration was on the 24th of september. Today another club member tried to join on the same way. People are able to join by using the online registration but I can't download their registration in the app since the last registration. After uploading the site again all unassigned registrations are lost.
Is anyone familiar with this error? or does anyone know a solution?
Thanks!

Hello Roermondse
This seems like a very weird situation and I'll try to guide towards the possible reasons for which this might have happened:
1_ If you're using Automatic Registration, the data will not be deleted on export, so that's not it. It is possible though that you changed either the Database or the table name in your online Database for which the connection isn't working right anymore
2_ Alternatively, perhaps you changed the table's prefix, name or database in the software at Step 1 -> Data Management or Access management and now the software isn't picking up the data from the right table anymore
Please verify this with the help of your hosting support as well (as far as the online database and data are concerned) and let me know the result here
Thank you

Hello,
As far as I can see there have been no changes to the database-location.
When I log in to the online Control Panel, the list of users which have registered online are listed.
After updating the list of users who have registered online, the software displays a message-box download completed succesfully.
However the users which are visible in the online Control panel are not listed in the folder Automatic registration whithin the access management.
Hello Roermondse
Even if apparently no change has been applied to the database name or table names, it certainly seems like that could be the issue. At least from the "symptoms" you're describing.
As I mentioned in my previous topic, it could be that the software isn't picking up the data from the right table anymore
Please verify this with the help of your hosting support. This means logging into your management panel for the Database ( the hosting support can help you with this ) and take note of all the tables and database names there. Also, take screenshots if possible. Then, compare these with the credentials for tables and database in the software. See if you notice any discrepancies.
Should you still be unable to notice anything wrong, I will need to ask you to send the project over to me. Please do provide the pictures of the Database situation first anyway
Thank you
Stefano
