Unable to connect to db

Hello I have created the database (MySQL) with my hosting provider, but the web created with Incomedia Website X5 Evolution 14 page is unable to write the data into the database and I have this error message on my browser page http://www.mywebpage.com/imemail/imEmailForm.php: "Unable to connect to db".
The password and the database name seems to be correct. Please find enclosed picture.
Please advise.

Hello. Once again, carefully check all settings, including the database name and host name. Make sure that there are no access errors or no server responses in the server logs - "403". Contact your hosting provider. Maybe they will help clarify the situation.
