Hello Regina,
In the first instance check that you have enabled the option in WebSite X5 for a responsive website, as shown:
Kind regards,

Paul , I have tried that but had to revert back as it did not look correct.
Hello. After activating a responsive design, you may need to change the position and visibility of all objects in the header, footer and on each page of the site for each resolution.
This can take a lot of time.
Here is the documentation on this.
P.S. You can learn more about responsive design settings in my paid video tutorials.
Regina, you appear to be using Evolution v2019.2.9 but there is no registered licence details on your login (although you appear to be a long time user). Without this information we should not assist and Incomedia can not assist.
Ive forwarded an alternative email address by email. I have updated to latest version. I would like advise on using a more Mobile friendly template.
Regina
Please see attached project, it is not meant to look finished or anywhere near as good as yours, but it should show how to vary and rearrange header content to accomodate different resolutions. It should also show how objects in each row get moved automatically so the content remains viewable on a mobile etc.
It should be quite reasonable to use your existing template and still create really good responsive pages.

No need - it works fine (I just downloaded and imported it again). If you are having difficulty try a different browser or disable your anti-virus/malware protection?
