Hello, I am getting an alert when loading my project -
"Some fonts used in this document have not been linked to the project: .........." (see attached).
How do I fix this please.
Thanks

Hello Kev,
If you go to Step 5 Export > Analyse and Optimize the Website then WebSite X5 may give you a clue as to what fonts it thinks are missing from your project.
Once you have identified them then you can add (link) them to your project using the detailed instructions here:
https://help.websitex5.com/en/v2019.3/pro/index.html?web_fonts.htm
Kind regards,
Paul
Search the WebSite X5 Help Center

That's brilliant, thanks Paul.
Actually, maybe not, Kev! My apologies but I have only just realised that you have the Evo edition. The site analysis feature is only available in Pro.
You can still add the missing fonts of course, but you will have to work out manually which Objects they are supposed to be linked to. This shouldn't be too difficult though as the pages in question will not display as you originally intended whilst the web fonts are missing.

It actually came up and told me what was missing when I loaded the project, and from that I have successfully linked the fonts !!! (see original attachment)
Thanks again.
P.S. I've been thinking about upgrading to "PRO", can you tell me what advantages it gives......
There is a brief comparison chart here:
https://www.websitex5.com/en/pricing.php
But one of the best ways to identify every difference between Evo and Pro is to use the online help:
https://help.websitex5.com/en/v2019.3/pro/index.html
As you read through the various sections you will notice this symbol ... which denotes that the feature is exclusive to the Pro edition.

OK, I've bitten the bullet and purchased the PRO version.
When I opened it up for the first time I have no existing projects !!
Can I import one I created using the EVO version that I have been working on.... where can I find it ?
Thanks
Yes, absolutely.
First, go back to Evo. Load up the project which you wish to convert to Pro, then in Step 5 choose the option to Export the Project. Take note of the Destination Path which is where your project will be saved, as an IWZIP file.
Then open up Pro, and use the Import button on the right-hand side of the Project Selection screen to browse to the location of your previously exported IWZIP file. That's all there is to it.
Incidentally, (and I cannot stress this enough!), it is important to regularly export any WebSite X5 project as an IWZIP file, taking care to store this file somewhere safe, preferably with multiple copies on different mediums. This is because it is the only failsafe method of truly backing up a WebSite X5 project.
Also, please be aware that once a project has been opened in the Pro edition, it can no longer be opened in the Evo edition.
