Display level names on submenu pages

Hello!
When creating a submenu, the level name is displayed on the pages of the submenu
How can I change and remove this display of the level name?

In the first instance check that the Page Title is switched off in Step 2 Template > Template Settings > Text, Field and Button Style > Page Item > Page Title > Style > Visible
i.e. checkbox not ticked as per the screenshot below:
