Hi,
I was in touch with digiweb about that error.
They says exactly that:
"it would be server or cluster that the domains are on supporting the correct version of PHP.
If required we can request a move to a new cluster depending on your on specifications, version of php or if Mysql 5 is required."
Honestly I don't understand much from that:0
Cheeky Man could you explain that to me in simple language?
What they are basically saying is if you have any preferences regarding firmware versions they will accommodate you and get it installed. They are trying to look after you which is good!!
OK Marcin had a word with Declan and Mary at the Irish Pony Club. They both have use Digiweb in the past. While they were hosting with Digiweb they both said they had no problems?? Which doesn't solve yours I'm afraid.
So what I suggest is (Before we take drastic action to move) ask Digiweb if they have any servers running Linux! With you running V8 Incomedia will probably try and push another low level mail script onto you, this is for you to install manually.
I'm trying to find the best/easiest solution for you.
X5 V9 is now accommodating different mail server scripts so we do have an option if one doesn't work.(Usually one of these do work)
Declan is with:
www.letshost.ie
........and I have moved quite a few X5er's from Irish hosting companies to Just Host where I host with no problems.
You can upload to my server if you like and try out your mail form etc.... then if successful proceed to sign up with Just Host! (Done this loads of times for X5ers)
Don't give up on X5 because you will not find a better website builder take it from one who has been in this game for nearly two decades Marcin!!
Incomedia don't let us know when you have commented on this post so if you want to get this sorted quicker I suggest you contacting me through the Cyber Cafe below.......
Read my Guestbook!!
Have Fun......

Cheeky Man,
I contacted digiweb again asking about any servers running Linux.
They respond was like that:
"Do you know what version of PHP you require? just to make recommendations, it will be possible for us to arrange a move to suit the specification but would require more information."
I register as Marcin onwww.frankscybercafe.com
How to get you in there?

Problem with that error is sorted now.
PHP script was turned on but website X5 require also to activate MAIL service and that was missing.
